The Food & Beverage industry operates on a pretty tight margin. It’s also been hit particularly hard by the COVID-19 lockdown. Bauer Business Solutions is currently focused on helping this industry.
Dave Bauer has worked in corporate management for over a decade, helping the company he worked for to survive the Great Recession and also has 15+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
What all of this this means for restaurants is that in addition to applying what I’ve learned through my years in corporate management and the food and beverage industry, I’m also researching ways to reduce overhead that are specific to this industry.
